I Had A Revelation!!!

After a small storm hit Telluride, i decided that after a 3 week hiatus it would be a good change to go up on the mountain! It was a wise decision. Other than the 30 mph winds at the top, the snow was pretty good. I finally had the chance to see the new terrain...Revelation Bowl(pictured above)! It is weird to see an open bowl in Telluride, but cool. This will be a great place to drink beers on sunny spring days!

I still am thinking of my bike!!!

Sophia is finally kicking this cold she has had for 3 weeks. Where is the government finding time to release these stronger viruses when they are busy bailing out shitty car companies???

Anyways, spring plans are in the air. They include riding in Goosebury Mesa, Cottonwood, Moab and Phils World. There are also plans of eating and drinking in Las Vegas and San Fransisco! Oh i can not wait! No really i can't. I am leaving right now. BYE!!!

Another beautiful day in Rico, CO.

I hope everyone is having weather like here. It is January 18th and it feels like March 23rd. 46 degrees and clear as a dicken! Me and El Freako Fom Rico went for a nice 27 degree road ride on our cross bikes yesterday. I did about 15 miles, Jeff did around 2000!!! Let me tell you a little something about my brother in law, when a man can spin out 200 miles in one week on the rollers you have got some drive!!!

The family and i just got back from a little hike and are getting ready to cheer the Steelers on to the Superbowl! Cheers to all!!!

If my calculations are right, this will be a good one! Stick with the gameplan like last week or run the 2 minute drill the whole game and the Steelers should proceed to the superbowl. Go Steelers!

I figured a way to get the weekend off. I think there will be drinking, biking, skiing, drinking, football and drinking! 47 degrees in Cortez on Saturday, this is like a heatwave i cant wait to get on the bike again!

Sophia caught the oven on fire last night at the Lawson Hill Shop! Really it was electrical, but she ran like hell upstairs to get a fire extinguisher. No harm done, just smelled like shit and was a mess to clean up. Nothing a little cussing and kicking couldn't cure.

Well, the days are just getting longer!  I cant wait for spring.  Everyone in Telluride is sick,WTF?  Everyone giving me shit about the Buckeyes can eat shit!  To everyone else, have a great new year.  As for me and the family, we are gonna keep riding the gravy train with biscuit wheels!
