I hope everyone is having weather like here. It is January 18th and it feels like March 23rd. 46 degrees and clear as a dicken! Me and El Freako Fom Rico went for a nice 27 degree road ride on our cross bikes yesterday. I did about 15 miles, Jeff did around 2000!!! Let me tell you a little something about my brother in law, when a man can spin out 200 miles in one week on the rollers you have got some drive!!!

By the way, who is taking this picture? The answer............Himself, he hit the autotimer on the camera rode his bike over to the rollers, hopped on and got goin!
The family and i just got back from a little hike and are getting ready to cheer the Steelers on to the Superbowl! Cheers to all!!!
